Mᵉ Kassandra Roberge

Mᵉ Kassandra Roberge practices family law and youth protection. She obtained her civil law degree from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. She distinguished herself with her leadership as a representative on the Civil Law Faculty Council and by her entries on the Dean’s List. Within our firm, she is recognized as a determined lawyer who enjoys supporting and assisting her clients in court and out-of-court negotiations.

Bilingual, Mᵉ Roberge regularly appears before the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Québec. She has represented clients in a variety of private international law matters, including the wrongful removal of minor children and jurisdictional disputes.

She has been involved in major family law cases, including paternity and status contestations, termination of parental authority, child custody, child support, divorce, travel authorization and other complex cases involving domestic violence and substance abuse by a parent.

Mᵉ Roberge is meticulous and conscientious in developing unique approaches to her cases that achieve the best result for her clients, whom she guides with empathy and professionalism.
