Mᵉ Sarah Ghaya

Mᵉ Ghaya is a family law lawyer with a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor in International Development and Globalisation from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Montréal. During her studies, Mᵉ Ghaya has shown a deep commitment to social justice. She has volunteered at the McGill Legal Clinic and the Research Center for Victims of Racial Profiling, where she worked on cases with the Québec Human Rights Commission.

Member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2020 and the Québec Bar since 2021, Mᵉ Ghaya has been involved in complex family law cases, including divorces with significant financial aspects, claims for unjust enrichment between de facto spouses, custody cases involving family violence and parental alienation, and filiation cases. She also has experience with Youth Protection cases.

Her goal is always to support clients through difficult times with empathy while providing strong and effective representation. She strives for amicable solutions that best serve the interests of families. However, with experience pleading in front of the Superior Court and the Court of Québec, she is a confident litigator, unafraid to pursue the best possible outcome in court for her clients.
